Erin Kennedy
Dr Erin Laing is a senior clinical dietitian and early career researcher in the Nutrition & Speech Pathology Department at Peter Mac. She has worked with all cancer types, but in the past 10 years has specialised in the management of gastrointestinal cancers and nutrition intervention post cancer surgery. Her PhD focused on investigating the nutritional complications of patients with neuroendocrine tumours. Her broader research interests include mixed methods research, exploring unmet supportive care needs of cancer patients, and consumer engagement in research design.
